• Barrio Supplies provides customers with the opportunity to purchase items for themselves or sponsor materials for local street vendors.
• By accessing our site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.

2. Products & Donations

• Customer Purchases: All sales are final unless items are defective or incorrect.
• Sponsored Items: When you sponsor an item for a vendor, we deliver it directly to the vendor on your behalf. Sponsored purchases are considered donations and are non-refundable.
• Vendor Wish Lists: We strive to fulfill vendor requests accurately, but availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality/value if needed.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
• By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment method you use is valid and authorized.

4. Vendor Privacy & Representation

• We respect the privacy of street vendors and will not disclose their personal information without consent.
• Vendors agree that items provided through sponsorships are for their business use only and may not be resold as unused supplies.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Barrio Supplies website—including text, logos, images, and designs—is the property of NELA Printing & Supplies unless otherwise noted.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Barrio Supplies is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g., delivery carriers, payment processors).
• Our liability is limited to the value of the item(s) purchased.

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, CA.
